STI Education Systems Holdings, Inc. (STI Holdings), owner of one of the largest networks of private schools in the Philippines, registered a net income after tax of ₱1.08 billion in the first half of its fiscal year, up by 18% from ₱912.2 million in the same period last year.
For its first half ending December 2025, the company saw gross revenues rise to ₱2.83 billion, 8% higher than the previous year's ₱2.63 billion.
STI Holdings' total enrollment for the school year (SY) 2025â2026 reached 132,941, showing only a slight decline from the previous school year's 139,155 enrollees, which is attributed to the early start of classes in public junior and senior high schools on June 16, 2025. STI Education Services Group (STI ESG), the company's biggest subsidiary, and STI West Negros University (STI WNU) commenced classes on July 28, 2025.
Enrollment in tertiary programs climbed to 102,407 from the 101,256 registered in the previous school year. The number of students enrolled in Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-regulated programs who opted to remain in the Group's school network this school year increased to 73,421 students, 14% more than the number of continuing students in SY 2024-2025 at 64,429.
STI WNU, located in Bacolod City, registered a 3% increase in enrollment, bringing its student population to 14,890 in the current school year. The Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA), whose schools are managed by STI ESG, posted a significant increase, surging 45% to 1,583 enrollees, compared to 1,095 the school year before.
With campuses in Makati and Cebu, iACADEMY, which is known for its highly specialized programs in Computing, Business, and Design, recorded 1,899 enrollees for the current school year.
STI Holdings stays committed to producing job-ready graduates by adopting specialized platforms for cybersecurity and computer-aided design for its Criminology and Information and Communication Technology programs, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud licenses for its Multimedia Arts program. This initiative prepares students for industry-aligned certifications, aimed at further increasing competitiveness in the modern workforce.
Furthermore, various projects such as the design and set-up of a new enrollment system, installation of solar panels, and continuous improvement of facilities highlight the Group's focus on providing students with a rich and meaningful learning experience.
